- Four-year business administration studies at the University of Regensburg with a focus on taxation, with various internships in tax law firms in Regensburg;
- Three-year employment at a large international audit and tax consulting company as a tax and audit assistant;
- Tax consultant examination in 2003/2004, with appointment as a tax consultant by the Steuerberaterkammer Nürnberg (Nuremberg Chamber of Tax Consultants);
- In 2004, founding of Einzelsteuerkanzlei Juliane Lerch independent tax consulting firm in Regensburg and freelance employment at an international tax consultancy firm with headquarters in Zurich;
- Lecturer on the topics of inheritance tax and corporate tax;
- Since 2010, freelance employment at Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Viehbacher, Vaduz / Munich / Vienna;
- Member of the Steuerberaterkammer Nürnberg (Nuremberg Chamber of Tax Consultants), Landesverband der steuerberatenden und wirtschaftsprüfenden Berufe in Bayern e.V. (LSWB) (Bavarian state association of tax consultants and auditors)
